Cancellation Policy
- An in-car lesson cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a $50 + tax charge per one-hour lesson.
- For all BDE packages, once a login key is generated, a refund may be issued only if the student has not started the online course, subject to a $100 administrative fee. No refund will be issued once the student has started the online course or in-car lessons.
- If a student does not complete the BDE course within one year, any fees paid (partial or full) are non-refundable. It is the student’s responsibility to begin the course within a timeframe that allows completion within one year of starting.
